Andrea’s story is one of passion, dedication, and continuous growth. With over 20 years of experience as a Interior Designer, Andrea has honed her expertise across multiple industries, from Residential and Commercial to Healthcare, Educational, Government, and Hospitality. Her career began with a Bachelor of Science in Design, Housing, and Merchandising (Interior Design) from Oklahoma State University, and she has since built an impressive resume, holding both NCIDQ certification and LEED AP ID+C credentials.

A SIGNIFICANT PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT

Recently, Andrea achieved an exciting milestone: she became a Registered Interior Designer. This achievement not only represents a significant professional accomplishment but also marks an important step in the world of interior design. Registered interior designers are recognized as having met the industry’s highest standards for knowledge, skill, and experience. They’ve passed rigorous exams, like the NCIDQ, which ensures they can design spaces that are not only beautiful but safe and compliant with building codes. The IL cert requires a 4 year degree and having the NCIDQ certification that is reviewed annually and allows stamping of building permits without structural changes/requirements on the project. Andrea’s registration further validates her expertise and reflects her commitment to upholding these high standards. It means she can take on more complex projects with greater responsibility and continue to bring her clients’ visions to life with confidence and precision.

LIFE BEYOND DESIGN

But Andrea’s life extends far beyond her professional achievements. She has been happily married to her high school sweetheart, Jeremy, for over 20 years, and together they have two wonderful children, Aidan and Addison. The family recently welcomed an adorable puppy named Oakley, who adds even more joy to their home. When she’s not designing, Andrea enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, working on puzzles, and traveling. She delights in watching her children grow, thrive, and pursue their passions in music and dance.

A true foodie at heart, Andrea loves exploring different cuisines, with sushi ranking high on her list of favorites. She brings this same sense of adventure and curiosity to her work, believing that every project requires a custom solution tailored to the client’s unique needs and desires.
