We begin every project with a quick project review phone call to discuss your goals, style and needs to see if we think we would be a good fit for each other.

STEP 2
To get started, you will sign a Design Agreement which typically reflects 6-10% of the upper proposed target investment range. A typical design involves developing multiple options of conceptual layouts and up to two revisions of the spatial plans, then defining selections, materials and specifications.

STEP 3
Pre-Construction
Once the construction contract has been signed there is a lot that begins happening in the background. We will prepare and submit any necessary permit applications, order materials, secure our insured trade partners and share the finalized construction schedule.
Meet Your Construction Team
Approx 2 weeks before your project starts, we will schedule a meeting in your home for you to meet your Project Manager and review all the project details. We will discuss such things as where to park, where to store materials, how your home will be protected and if we need to safeguard any pets.
Project Management
Your Project Manager will handle all the project scheduling, provide timely communication during your project and be available to answer any questions. Our online project management software, BuilderTrend, allows you to view your schedule, make payments, view daily logs and progress photos.

STEP 4
Once your project is finished and your space has been cleaned- Bryan will schedule a project close out meeting to walk the new space with you. You will receive a Project Binder that has all your product care instructions and manuals. We will be in touch with you again 45 days after the project is completed and again at 11 months. At the 11 month meeting, we typically repair any regular finish issues (e.g., nail pops, painted trim gaps, etc.).
