Bryan is the Owner and Sales Manager of BDS. Bryan has a Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University and spent seven years as the Lead Carpenter and Foreman for a General Contracting firm in Chicago before starting BDS in 2003. He worked in the field until 2013 and has since focused on managing sales and operations for the company.
Bryan is married to his wife Laura since 2004 and has three children: Andrew, Nathan, and Caitlin. They also have a family dog named Roxy who is also part of the BDS team. In his free time, Bryan enjoys running, model building, gardening, and taking care of the pool. He has a love for seafood and his favorite place to visit is San Diego.
Bryan spent seven years as a Lead Carpenter with a crew that only spoke Spanish, so while he may be a bit rusty today, he still loves speaking the language whenever he can. His favorite challenge is taking an older home and transforming it with modern amenities. If Bryan could have one super hero power it would be Telekinesis. Bryan says the best part of his job is bringing together different talents to work as a team towards a common goal.

Laura is the Office Manager of BDS. She holds a Bachelor's and Masters in Social Work and previously worked as a school social worker until the birth of her first child. Laura began helping out at BDS from the beginning and gradually added more hours as her children grew older. The kids grew up coming to the office with her when they were little.
Laura is married to Bryan, and they have three kids Andrew, Nathan, and Caitlin. They moved from Chicago to Libertyville in 2004 and have been living there ever since. Laura enjoys reading, walking their dog Roxy, practicing yoga and meditation, and spending time with her family. Her favorite travel destination is the coast of California, and she loves Thai food.
If Laura had a super hero power to make life easier, her super power would be teleportation - who has time for a commute when you are a busy woman! Laura's passion at work is working with the BDS team to continuously improve their systems and best practices to provide their clients with the best possible experience.
John is an experienced Project Manager with over 30 years in the trades. He has worked on a variety of projects throughout his career, from residential to commercial construction.
Outside of work, John enjoys overlanding and exploring the great outdoors. He finds inspiration in nature and loves to incorporate natural elements into the spaces he helps transform. John is passionate about his work and takes pride in his ability to bring new life to old spaces. If he could have any superpower, John would choose the ability to fly so he could soar through the skies and see the world from a different perspective.
Andrea is a highly experienced Design Consultant with over 20 years of Interior Design experience in various industries including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Educational, Government, & Hospitality. She holds a BS in Design, Housing, & Merchandising /Interior Design from Oklahoma State University and is NCIDQ certified and LEED AP ID+C credentialed.
Outside of work, Andrea is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Jeremy, for 20 years, and they have two wonderful children, Aidan & Addison, as well as an adorable puppy named Oakley. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, doing puzzles, traveling, and watching her children grow and thrive in their music and dance activities.
When it comes to food, Andrea enjoys trying new things and exploring different cultures, but sushi is one of her all-time favorites. She also has a bit of a sweet tooth.
Andrea believes that every project is unique and requires its own custom design solution. She loves the design process and seeing her clients' dreams become a reality, and she's grateful for the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who help bring these designs to life.
If given the chance, Andrea would love to have the ability to slow-down or speed-up time.
Mike is our Project Developer with expertise in water damage, carpet cleaning, fire restoration, and crime scene clean up. Mike graduated high school and attended electrical trade school before pursuing his career in the remodeling industry.
Mike's family consists of his wife, Nicole, and his beloved cat, Nox. When he's not working on remodeling projects, he enjoys playing guitar, building computers, and woodworking. He also loves traveling to tropical destinations and indulging in his favorite meal - burritos. If you didn't know, Mike is a huge Star Wars fan and could talk about the franchise for hours.
His favorite thing about the remodeling industry is being able to help create new and fresh living spaces. If he had one superpower, it would be super speed - perfect for getting projects done quickly and efficiently.
Laurie is an accomplished Assistant Project Developer with 18 years of experience in the building industry. She is happily married and has two adult children, and recently welcomed her first grandchild. When she's not working, Laurie enjoys indulging in her hobbies, which include gardening, reading, and spending quality time with her furry companion.
Laurie's favorite destinations are warm places during the winter months. When it comes to food, she's not too picky and enjoys anything that she doesn't have to cook herself. If she could have one superpower, it would be x-ray vision.
Her true passion lies in her job, where she finds fulfillment in creating beautiful homes for her clients. She is proud to work alongside an incredibly talented group of people who share her commitment to excellence.
Roxy is our adorable office dog who is always eager to go to work and greet everyone with her wagging tail. She loves to perch herself at the front window and keep an eye out for any delivery trucks or passersby, alerting the team with a bark or two…or three.
Roxy enjoys going for walks and exploring new scents, but can also be found dozing off during team meetings - always ready for a belly rub when someone notices her snoozing. She has a refined palate and her favorite meals are salmon and chicken. Her cheerful presence in the office makes everyone's day brighter.
