a functional upgrade
Our homeowners in Green Oaks felt like the layout of their kitchen was no longer functional for their needs. It was time for an upgrade to the functionality as well as a new fresh design for their kitchen and mudroom. A few items like the refrigerator and freezer units were kept, but the rest of this space took on a fresh new look!

The BDS team relocated the range to a custom-hooded wall allowing the island to gain both storage and functionality. Built-in roll outs were added to the cabinets to give our homeowners maximum functionality. We added stunning gold fixtures and chunky hardware to give the kitchen a touch of glamour in this clean classic space. Thickened countertops added drama, while a gorgeous backsplash pattern and new chandeliers echoed the kitchen's newfound elegance. The team also refinished the already wonderful wood floors to bring them back to life.
A new built-in butler's pantry
But the transformation didn't stop there. A butler pantry and renovated dry bar added layers of sophistication, while the mudroom received a fresh start with new flooring, a custom-built pantry, additional cabinets, LED lighting, and a refreshed powder room completing the revitalization.
The BDS team loved renewing this loved area of the home for our Green Oaks family. Updated style and added functionality have given our homeowners a fresh new space to not only prepare meals, but also to make memories.
