This Libertyville primary bathroom had been neglected since the homeowners moved in, and the space felt like it was resembling a dimly lit closet with its outdated style. To revitalize the space while staying within budget, the BDS team salvaged the vanity and gave it a fresh coat of paint to modernize its appearance. Introducing warm tones helped with the stark feeling, while opening up the shower alcove significantly improved the sense of space and allowed for better light and sight lines. Cohesive new materials and fixtures were chosen to maintain the updated style throughout. Additional lighting fixtures and the inclusion of wood-tone shelving and floor tiles further contributed to the newfound warmth and inviting atmosphere of the renovated space.
