After years of ongoing maintenance concerns, including a persistent shower leak, this Buffalo Grove bathroom had become underutilized and was ready for a complete renovation. The existing space featured an oversized, outdated tub that was disproportionate to the room and only accessible by an unsafe step, while aging finishes and fixtures no longer reflected the current style and needs of the homeowners.
