About the Project

Home remodels are not always full gut jobs. Oftentimes it is the details of a home that need updating not the structural components. With this Third Lake remodel, our team at BDS was able to update the style and finishes for our homeowners to create a more modern finish. Our team refinished the flooring throughout the first floor, and we installed new hardwood on the second floor. A new stair railing was also added to update this traditional style. Bright, light paint throughout really freshened up the house. The fireplace also got a face lift by whitewashing the brick. This Third Lake home is now an updated classic beauty.
