This home in Libertyville just needed a few little updates to really create a functional space the homeowners. A customized mudroom allowed for better traffic flow as well as helping keep this family clutter free! Our BDS team was able to take this outdated space and really add some style to the home. Custom mudroom cabinets in a bold color add ample storage and the fun tile floor creates instant style. We added a new barn door to allow the space to be closed off from the home without the hindrance of a swinging door. While were were updating the mudroom, the homeowners had our team brighten up the family room with a new fireplace unit and bright new mantel. We also added a fresh coat of pain to the entire first floor as well as motorized blinds to allow the natural light to flow in when wanted.
