About the Project

We love when we get to work with our homeowners on multiple projects. This Libertyville remodel was a recently purchased home that didn't align with their desired style, so they requested an interior refresh to make it truly feel like their own. The outdated fireplace room needed the most attention. We added paneling to the fireplace, giving it a fresh and modern look. In addition, we cleverly hid some wiring for the TV within a new custom mantel. The BDS team enhanced the overall aesthetics and functionality of the home by refinishing all the floors and replaced/updated all the stair railings throughout. This brought a sense of elegance and cohesiveness to the entire house. We transformed the kitchen by installing new countertops, a stunning backsplash tile, and fresh paint. In the dining room, our team focused on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We installed a new light fixture, added wainscoting for an elegant touch, and incorporated stylish wallpaper. Additionally, we modified the doors for better functionality and improved access from the kitchen, optimizing the flow between the two spaces.
