This home had been loved, and our team was excited to give it a fresh update for our homeowners to enjoy for years to come. The cooktop, nestled awkwardly within the island, lacked the space for efficient operation, contributing to the disjointed layout. A full gut was necessary, sparing only the existing fridge and freezer units. After a complete overhaul, the space now had beautiful refinished floors, ample built-in roll-outs, and a reimagined cabinet layout to optimize counter space and flow. With the range relocated to a custom-hooded wall, the island gained storage and functionality. Gorgeous gold fixtures and chunky hardware now adorn the light-filled, white space, accentuating the drama of the thickened countertops. A stunning backsplash pattern complements new chandeliers, echoing the kitchen's newfound elegance. Additionally, a butler pantry and transformed dry bar add sophistication, while the mudroom receives a fresh start with new flooring, custom-built pantry, additional cabinets, LED lighting, and a refreshed powder room completing the revitalization.
