The BDS team was able to help our homeowners design and remodel their basement to accommodate the adult son to provide a private living space. This space needed some functional updates such as a new HVAC system, windows, and an updated plumbing system. A new bathroom was installed to create a completely separate living space from the upstairs of the home. All fixtures were updated as well as all new finishes throughout the space. A fresh coat of paint completed this new basement for our homeowners.
