Position: Production Coordinator (Residential Construction)
Job Description:
BDS Design Build Remodel is seeking professionals to manage estimating, planning and scheduling, ordering/tracking materials and development of production plans.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of residential construction management, estimating and/or high end construction experience
- Working knowledge of construction procedures, scheduling and subcontractor management
- Experience in estimating, purchasing and scheduling
- Very organized and detailed oriented
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with BuilderTrend or similar software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Travel in and around Chicago and surrounding suburbs
