Our homeowners were ready to create a true entertaining and functional space in their basement. This remodel was fueled by our homeowner having grown children with grandkids that visit frequently, and they love hosting. The team created a large, decked-out space for the gym that included a ballet bar, mirror, and TV for interactive yoga. A sitting area for the kids was also created as well as a wet bar and seating area with a mini-fridge. The full bath was remodeled for guests. One of the stand out features of this basement is now a fully loaded movie room. The space is now both functional and luxurious, with two rows of high-end theater chairs, a 101" TV, in-wall speakers, lighting, acoustical sound control panels, step lights, sconces, new carpeting, and dark paint. A railing was added at the rear to separate the higher standing space and the bistro tables from the lower seating area, creating a cozy atmosphere, better viewing and safety from the step that separates the two areas.
