Oftentimes once you move into a home there may be some hidden "adventures" that may not have been obvious when you fell in love with your new place. Our Lake Bluff homeowners inherited a rodent issue making their new basement unusable. With the help of our BDS team, we were able to not only give them a great space to use, but also add much needed extra storage and a custom craft space work station for two. We were also able to make a few upgrades to make this basement just what our homeowners were looking for such as new lighting, fresh insulation, and a mini fridge/sink station. Durable flooring including up the stairs was added to handle all the foot traffic. We also updated the full bathroom to create a great usable space for the homeowners and their guests.
